Ravi Paidipaty

Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Freestone Grove

Ravi Paidipaty is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Freestone Grove Partners. Ravi has spent the last fifteen years holding various senior roles in the long/short equity industry. Prior to Freestone Grove Partners, he was a founding partner of XN, a hybrid public/private hedge fund. Before founding XN, Ravi was a Portfolio Manager at Surveyor Capital, working closely with Todd Barker. Prior to Surveyor, he worked for ten years in the equities group at Farallon Capital Management, where he was a Partner and served on the investment committee for the strategy. Ravi's focus throughout his career has been on building and managing high performance investment teams and developing and refining rigorous, repeatable investment processes. Ravi has a BA in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
